Too many clicks to adjust the Technical Status on SMAX iPhone app. Navigation can be simplified to show up as a quick access icon at the bottom of Home Screen to set the Technician status of that user

I agree! We are already reviewing better way to incorporate more common mobile action such as status change in our UI/UX.
