On iPhone, the SFM view uses the related list name as defined under Properties of the SFM. Meaning that you cant change the name of the related list (because its greyed out after creation) unless you clone the view SFM and manually clone all the SFM Mobile Permissions. Not an easy task when you have 18 views for work order with 6 group profiles...! This screenshot shows where the iPhone Winter17 app is taking the related list name from:

However, on iPad Winter17, the SFM view correctly uses the name defined within the Screen Designer, meaning its easy to change or update even after the SFM View is created. I'm guessing this is how the product should work. This screenshot shows where the iPad Winter17 app is taking the related list name from:

This idea is to update the iPhone app to work like the iPad app does.
