We recently migrated from the Classic App which allowed up to 120 seconds of video to be recorded from a work order on the iPad (Autumn 17). The FSA for iPad allows a maximum of 30 seconds. We suspect it has to do with video quality and the SFDC limits on file size. But, we think the ServiceMax app could allow different video quality choices to enable longer videos.
What is the underlying problem do you intend to solve with this idea?
We need to record and attach videos that are longer than 30 seconds.
How is the problem being addressed today, if at all?
The technician records multiple videos to attach or records outside the app and sends via email or file transfer.
