It would be great to see the Mobile Client developed as a Windows 10 Universal App so it can run on all Windows 10 devices including Mobile Phones where the touch screen (or touchpad) can also be used to sign the work orders.
What is the underlying problem do you intend to solve with this idea?

How is the problem being addressed today, if at all?
I think this is certainly the plan. There are couple things at play here. We would like the FSA for Windows to be a Universal Windows Platform app so that it can also be made available through the Windows app store. We would also like to create "universal" apps for all platforms (iOS, Android and Windows) so that it is a single app package for each platform that renders different layouts (tablet or phone) based on the requesting form factor. There is lot that needs to align in order for this to happen but it is part of our mobile roadmap.
One thing to note is that once we make FSA for Windows a UWP app, the devices would need to run Windows 8.1 or higher. Do you see this will be a problem for our customer base?
