Push notifications to technicians is a great feature. In some areas, service teams and working groups work together to prioritize work and service customers.
It would be helpful to have the ability to send notifications to a working group or region when a technician is dispatched.
Notifications should be configured at the Account/location, Installed Product, and Contract Type Level.
Notifications could be triggered by certain Work Order Types. (Trigger on repairs but not Planned activities)
Service Team Notifications should have a different tone from regular notifications.
Maybe consider giving the technicians the choice to opt-in to group notifications.

Notification of reactive issues to a service team rather than consulting a report

Notifications are handled by email and each team has filters that forward the notification to the team.
