Possibly a stupid question but is there a way to access Servicemax setup from the lightning interface?
I've been able to add the Dispatch Console to lightning but I can't see how to add the Setup screen.

For the ServiceMax Setup screen to become accessible you will need to setup a custom visualforce tab (in the Salesforce setup area). Ensure when setting up the tab the correct Salesforce profiles are given access for the tab to appear as an option in the lightning interface.

I'm not real familiar with the lightning interface, but we do have steps on how to add this in non-lightning interfaces. Perhaps the steps are the same?
Thanks for that but unfortunately it doesn't help in Lightning. I've already followed those instructions several months ago so that we could get the link in the Classic Salesforce view.
However the link doesn't show up in Lightning.

Is this still the required way to access ServiceMax Setup in Lightning? Or is there a pre-configured way to do it with more recent versions of the app?
