Can't access the Work Order from the calendar

Has anyone else notice in Winter 15 that you can't access the work order from the calendar?

Apparently it's a bug that ServiceMax is trying to resolve by the end of March.

It's blacked out, so we've had to tell the engineers that they make a note of the reference number and access it through explore.

On launch, the user is presented with Calendar Day View, with current day’s events displayed in the left pane.  You can click on a WO order from the Calendar then click on "Details" (in the upper right corner) to open the WO.  Please confirm, I think what you are expecting is a click-able WO URL link (orange URL link) in the left pane on the WO event so you can just click on that link to go directly to the WO Details instead of clicking on the WO then having to click "Details" to open the WO again?  Another, option would be to create a SFM Search to see all your WOs and that will let you click directly on the WO to open it from the SFM Search screen and not the calendar view.

That is what is expected to happen but from our experience (and others after researching online) it appears that whatever views we had in place in prior versions are not being read properly by the app and preventing that access to the work order. We have had our techs go into WO by using Explore and then a WO search we have set up. But that search was defined for another method of access and not the most ideal form of entering current work orders. The question I think most of us have is why there seems to be such a drastic difference in how the app worked in previous versions and shown in the new app demos from the final product we are now using and having issues with. The other bug we seem to be encountering is our techs having to login doing everything. The app times out an awful lot regardless of what session settings are set up. We didn't encounter these in our testing either. Cases have been opened and we've been told that a patch is being worked on. Just seems odd...

That is what we were expecting but we have been told by support that a fix will be available by the end of March to access the Work Order.

As you can see from the picture, the work order looks very different to yours.
