Is it possible to append text from Contract Notes custom text field on Service/Maintenance Contract object into the Case field "Entitlement Notes" when Case is created. Entitlement Notes field is SM Managed field and is already pulling some information from the contract when entitlement is performed through entitlement process. Would like the contract notes to also populate in the Entitlement Notes field when this happens. Anyone know if this is possible without having to create a new field on Case?
