In the user docs, it is explained that, you can go: Home > ServiceMax Setup > Installed Base & Entitlement, to create an auto-entitlement rules
But I only can see Home > ServiceMax Setup > Installed Base & PM.
So (there) I cannot create a auto-entitlement rules for Work Order or Case.
Can anyone suggest what I'm missing?
Try going to Home > ServiceMax Setup > Warranties and Service Contracts. There should be an auto entitlement rules option there.
I will look into whether there is an error in the instructions or if this is referring to an older version of ServiceMax. Thanks for pointing it out.
