Create a case for Smax from a question posted on the community

Is there, or should there be, a way to take a posted question from the community that hasn't been resolved and turn it into a case for SMax support? Without Cutting a pasting would be nice so that the string stays intact.

HI Ron Carr​, this sounds like a great idea for an 'idea'. This is how ServiceMax track their requests for product changes, and as far as I know this includes the community.
