Customers using troubleshooting and GPS location tracking.
Posting this question for a customer who is looking to talk to someone who is using the "Troubleshooting" feature and the "GPS location tracking" feature in ServiceMax.
"What I could still use are a couple customer usage cases where the customer utilizes the following:
ServiceMax Mobile where they are running it in a truly remote place where there may be poor or no cell coverage.
A customer that is takes advantage of the trouble shooting portion of the program especially if they are working in areas with spotty or no cell coverage
A customer that uses the Google maps and the GeoLocate functions to know where theirpersonnel are the WO's Geo Location not just their locations mailing address. Not always the same for us...some of our customer site are several square miles on the deserts of the Southwest."
