I confirm that, the same happen to us, on Ipad winter 16 app ver. 16.20.007. Search lookups or add detail lines to a workorder makes the App freezing. I am going to open a case to Smax support
I can also confirm. We had upgared on I-Pad of IOS 10 and we can´t longer use the Service Max Ap winter 16. We downgraded the I-Pad.
