To upgrade your ServiceMax, please submit an upgrade case via the Customer Portal, found here: Customer Support Portal

We have a dedicated team, ServiceMax Horizon Upgrade Team, that will walk you through the process to help ensure a smooth upgrade to the latest version.

In terms of process, at a basic, high-level, we will recommend that you upgrade a sandbox and test. Once you are satisfied with the testing in the sandbox, we will schedule the upgrade for your Production Org at a convenient time to minimize impact to your operations.
