How to set GRT for Locations

We have a customer that has specific Guaranteed Response Times they require for some of their Locations. They can be different for each Location. Wondering how any other Servicemax customers may have this configured to meet their needs and ensure the Dispatcher and Technician are aware of the GRT when there is one.
