On a Work Order, I (as SA) can click the Invoice button and get an invoice. My Titanium Service Manager profile users can see the Invoice button, but on clicking it are told that they do not have sufficient permissions. What do I need to change to give them permission to create Invoices?
Hi Aidan. It sounds like the profile has only allowed Read permission to the button. Take a look at the Profile, under the Custom Object Permissions and see what that is set as. I believe they would need Create and Edit rights to Proforma Invoices in order to perform the action the button is set up to do. You can test to see if you also have to change the settings for the Proforma Invoice Details and Proforma Invoice Lines.
