Log a Support Case

Hello Support Team,

Please let me know how to use a "Log a Case" link on support page to open a high priority support cases with Support link.As I clicked that button ,am prompted to enter my credentials again where I entered my community portal login credentials but was not working.quick help would be appreciated as we have high priority case to be opened.Thanks in Advance.

To log a case you need to user your Partner Portal login credentials .

Could you remind me how to get my hands on my ServiceMax Partner Portal credentials ?

Hi Rupert/Ravi,

You can request with your " Customer Account  Manager" for "ServiceMax Self Service Portal" access and they will work with support team to create your credentials.
