How are you handling the local languages in ServiceMax?
devices used: iPads iPhones, laptops Win7,8, MAC ....
Were the service notes entered in the local country language or the main language of the company (ours would be English)
How did this impact the end users
Did you create multiple Service Reports in the local languages?
