Hello All, I have had a number of instances where the Date is not displayed on the completed Service Report. The Date is set to TODAY. Has anyone experienced the same problem? It seems to be an intermittent one which i cannot gauge based on the regular occurences/establish trend.

I would recommend opening a case for this issue. ServiceMax support would need more detail information. ServiceMax Version, Is it occurring online or offline, all users, and so on.
