Hello everyone. I'm looking for some advice. We have some customers with recurring appointments. For example, our technician goes to their office every Wednesday, or every-other Thursday afternoon for support. I am wondering what the best way to get these into ServiceMax is. We definitely need them to be billable events, so they need to end up as workorders.
So far the only thing I can come up with is setting it up as "Preventative Maintenance". However, that seems to be related to Installed Products. And really, this isn't service related to an installed product, simply a recurring scheduled onsite for support with various items as they come up.

Have you tried location-based PM Plans?

Thanks Rupali. From the information you provided, it sounds like this may work for us. How can I get this setup/enabled in our ServiceMax Org? Do you know if I can open a ticket with support and have them add this functionality in to our system?
