Service Offering 'Units'

In Service Offerings, what is the "units" referring to - number of visits, work orders, or - ? For example, a customer may have a regular callout that involves mutiple visits by a technician before the problem is solved. Are multiple "units" then used from the Service Offering? How is this typically tracked?

Hi Angie, Service Offerings "Allowed Units" is the allowed number of units the customer is entitled to (see screen shot below).  In the example below, the customer is entitled to 10 Units of "Onsite Laptop Repair" with the appropriate discounts for parts, labor, travel, and expenses.
