We have set up/configured our training environment. But a couple of issues have been identified below.

Hi @crystal , try going direct to the tab/object for Service Team or Technician and setup your records. Like you would to access a Case or Work Order or create a new one of them.
Also what profile are you in within this org. You may not have access to create these records.
What version of ServiceMax is your org on?
