Training Environment

Hi All,

We have set up/configured our training environment. But a couple of issues have been identified below.


  • Lightning experience is not available
  • New Service Teams are not able to be created successfully (ServiceMax Setup -> Service Organization -> Service Org)
  • New Technicians cannot be created successfully (ServiceMax Setup -> Service Organization -> Service Org)

Can you share your thoughts and comments?

Hi @crystal , try going direct to the tab/object for Service Team or Technician and setup your records. Like you would to access a Case or Work Order or create a new one of them.

Also what profile are you in within this org. You may not have access to create these records.

What version of ServiceMax is your org on?

Are you receiving any error messages you can share with us?
