We are in the process of upgrading ServiceMax (20.1) and noted a new feature in 19.1 related to Usage Tracking on the Web App. The documentation states you "can" enable it to provide anonymous usage statistics to ServiceMax. This seems similar to the setting on the FSA.
The issue is that the setting came to us enabled. This was a surprise, as most of these new settings are typically disabled so that we can decide to turn it on. So I naturally have questions and was hoping the community could help me out. I have entered a case with support but was curious about a customer response.
1. Have you left this setting turned on?
2. Have you seen any side effects of leaving this on?
3. Have you been able to use any of the data?
