Warranty coverage not being applied when using Get Price

Issue: A Warranty has been established for an Installed Product. A Work Order is created for this Installed Product and has been associated to the Warranty via Entitlement Check. However, when adding line items and using Get Price, the Billable Line Price returns the price from the Pricebook and does not adjust for Warranty coverage.

Resolution: Warranty pricing calculations are performed using the 'Covered %' field on the Work Detail object. If this field is not on the layout for line items in the SFM where Get Price is being used, it will not be updated for future calculations. Adding the 'Covered %' field to the layout for the line items will allow for the Warranty coverage values to be applied to this field and then used in the calculation of the 'Billable Line Price' value.
