Ability to change contact names in WO [Bayer]

Cannot change contact names in WO after case created

Contact process is not fixable due to the limitations of person account on SFDC platform.

What is the underlying problem do you intend to solve with this idea?
Streamline efficiencies of contacts process in the online/offline in mobile client in the field
How is the problem being addressed today, if at all?
Cancel the work order, update the case with the correct contact, and then recreate the work order. Can also change the FSR email recipient on the finalize screen to the new contact’s email address.
