For one of our SSO's it is need that for certain customers/Installed Products with Service Contracts all parts not covered by the service contract that have a value of, for example, up to € 500,- should be set to a price of € 0,00. For this we do not want to create extra pricebooks that need to be chosen and maintained.
What is the underlying problem do you intend to solve with this idea?
Give discounts on parts not covered with a certain price range and change the price for those only
How is the problem being addressed today, if at all?
uncheck use price from pricebook and manually correct items used.
