In Winter '18 the Case entitlement verification visualforce page (EVER_CaseEntitlement) still appears in Classic UX even when SET-004 (use Lightning UX) is selected on both org and profile level.

ServiceMax support explained "As of now the HTML5 based Entitlement page is available only for WO record not for the case record. Hence, please post enhancement request through Idea Exchange".

What is the underlying problem do you intend to solve with this idea?
Consistent experience for Lightning Experience users.
How is the problem being addressed today, if at all?
User sees the classic UX for this page only, which gives an inconsistent user experience.

SET004 enables to launch for SFM delivery UI in lightning.

SET025 at group level enables to launch new HTML based entitlement page and is applicable only to Work Order.

Enabling other VF pages in lightning is on the roadmap.
