When generating Checklist output-documents, ServiceMax currently only supports displaying a line with two columns: Question text and recorded result. For building our checklists in the system we would need a third column called "Assessment" or "Valuation" or "OK", which states if the recorded result represents a successful or unsuccessful check.

The column "OK" either displays a checked-checkbox (if evaluation was successful) or an unchecked one. One could maintain an expression for the question which determines depending on the recorded result, if "OK" is true or false.
What is the underlying problem do you intend to solve with this idea?
Being able to implement all of our checklists directly into ServiceMax to avoid media disruptions and improve reporting.
How is the problem being addressed today, if at all?
Technicians are recording the checklists outside of ServiceMax.
