Enable chatter for work orders

According to the Servicemax spring 14 docs , Setting Up Chatter Feeds says to provide 3 settings

3) To configure Troubleshooting settings:

Was able to configure first 2 settings but I could not find enable troubleshoot checkbox in screen designer on properties for page settings.

What is the underlying problem do you intend to solve with this idea?
enable chatter for WO on iPad to enhance tech experience and improve communication
How is the problem being addressed today, if at all?
