While it is possible in page layouts to use salesforce provided keyboard shortcuts, like CTRL - S to save a page (saving time from user to navigate to top or bottom of the page layout to find the save button) , this is not possible after a user clicks on an interactive SFM and having provided entry in SFM transaction screen.
Only option to save is to use the mouse to move to the top left corner and click on save or quick save icons.
It would greatly enhance the workflow to enable shortcuts like moving to another text area box, or to save, or to quic save, or to add a new line, all by using keyboard shortcuts on the browser.
