Using Summer 17 - Can we extend the length of the Servicemax Event - Subject field. This is currently 80 and this is very limiting for customers where often fields such as Account name can be over 30 characters by themselves. If this is problematic can we stop the system throwing an error if 80 characters is exceeded.
How is the problem being addressed today, if at all?
This has only just come to light. We may have to remove a field from the Event subject rule configuration to ensure an error isn't thrown
