Someone told me this will be great for ServiceMax. Having graphics in the WO's page layout in a separate section. based in the Work Orders Status of the Account/Company.
For example, if a customer call and the internal employee open a Work Order record or an Account and see the funnel graphic with the "red" color segment size...large, this means this customer is having a lot of issues with the product, etc, because have many work orders in progress. So as soon the employee see this, can handle the customer temperature and understand the possible frustrations coming..... all thanks to a simple graphic based on the amount of work orders opened and the status of that work orders.
