Improved Collaboration between Timesheets and SPM for Tech Utilization Calculation

Technicians are using timesheets to track productive and non-productive time. Every hour is accounted for through a time entry, whether it be a work line detail or a calendar event. The product cuts off timesheet entries outside of the technicians defined working hours. The workaround for this is to remove the technician’s business hours but that causes an issue with the Technician Utilization calculation as it uses a 24-hour work day as the basis of the utilization calculation.
