Is a field used in ServiceMax?

At the moment, there's no easy way to check if a field is used within ServiceMax. I have to check SFMs, mappings, screen designer, validation rules, mapping rules, wizard entry criteria, Service Reports etc. manually. It would be good to be able to input the object and field name somewhere, and have ServiceMax tell me where the field is being used. The impact here is that we can't delete fields, or introduce risk each time we do.

What is the underlying problem do you intend to solve with this idea?
If we need to delete a field from an object in Salesforce, there is no way to check if that field is currently being used in Servicemax with ourt manually checking all of the above.
How is the problem being addressed today, if at all?
Manually checking.

Diagnostic Toolkit would provide details of fields that are used in SFM Configurations.

Hi @shivaranjini_g

I did see the tool information in the Login History being used by SMAX Support.

This will be great if available to Admins!
