Based on my current need I would like the SLA Restoration Clock (but might be useful for all clocks) to pause in the event the Work Order status is set to "On Hold" then resume the clock when taken off hold.
What is the underlying problem do you intend to solve with this idea?
We are using the Restoration SLA time to calculate a MTTR and do not want the times skewed if continue to run when Work Order is placed on hold
How is the problem being addressed today, if at all?
We can manually pause in the clock in browser but the Work Order status of "On Hold" can be done at the Field Service Level on MFL and they do not have the ability to pause the clock
