Customers have identified need to change a designated Service Plan on a contract after the contract has been created and activated.
The related records associated with the new Service Plan (Parts Pricing, Zone Rules, Discounts, etc.) are not updated/replaced on the realted contract after the application of the new Service Plan to an existing contract.
This means that the pricing and other entries are no longer current, and requires manual updates.
Proposing that ServiceMax provide an option to change a Service Plan on an active contract and update the related records from the old and new service plan.
Reasons for change may include: Customer requests more or less contractual commits
