Service Contracts - overtime pricing


It's a standard model to have service contracts include rates for regular time, overtime, and emergency/holiday labor rates.  It would be helpful to have an OOTB way to include standard and overtime rates on the same Labor Pricing record, and pull the corresponding price when perhaps a new value is designated on the work detail line.

Currently, the workaround is to create multiple activity types, but this can be cumbersome for clients who already want to track several activity types (instead of just "Installation," we need Installed, Installation OT, Installation OT2, etc)

Hi Jeremy: This is by design - a single activity cannot have multiple prices. Best practice is to do exactly what you're doing now.
