Outcome: SVMX Engineering team investigated this issue and found that this issue occurs when the number of child lines [Work Details] records is greater than 129
When the request size is more than 1 million characters, Salesforce Platform has a limitation.

Recommended Workaround: SFM functionality works when the number of Work Details is less than 130 records.
Why does ServiceMax not just pass field/object information that needs to updated rather than all fields related to all objects on the work order?
This issue looks like it is relevant both to SFM Transactions, and to the Get Price Functionality. Tagging @Anita_Dsouza for her visibility.
