Case 23654: SFM HTML 5 Delivery fails with ‘Undefined’ error if Standard JavaScript GetPrice is   used on page event as Before Save/Update

Outcome: SVMX Engineering team investigated this issue and found that this issue occurs when the number of child lines [Work Details] records is greater than 129

When the request size is more than 1 million characters, Salesforce Platform has a limitation.

Recommended Workaround: SFM functionality works when the number of Work Details is less than 130 records.   

Why does ServiceMax not just pass field/object information that needs to updated rather than all fields related to all objects on the work order?

What is the underlying problem do you intend to solve with this idea?
Due to the level of detail needed for FAA regulatory compliance, the customer needs to able to view more than 130 work details at a time
How is the problem being addressed today, if at all?
Customer has built a custom VF solution for this requirement instead of using SFMs.

This issue looks like it is relevant both to SFM Transactions, and to the Get Price Functionality. Tagging @Anita_Dsouza for her visibility. 

Because this is related to a Salesforce limitation, we will have to consider what options are available to us for traditional SFMs using the 'Get Price' javascript code. However, the future of SFM Designer functionality is being moved off the SFDC platform, which will allow us to have greater control over some of these limitations that customers have been struggling with previously. 

We will continue to review the impact to 'Get Price.'
