Would be helpful to have a related list under warranties to add activity types covered by the warranty. We have clients who have warranties that cover repairs, but not regular maintenance activities.

Service Contracts can be used, but most clients like to reserve those for contracts that are sold as an extra service, not to mention the additional effort to have new installed products added to the contracts.
