Ability to save duplicate records in the SFM when Duplicate Rules are enabled

If Salesforce feature Duplicate Management is enabled and “Action on Edit” is set as “Allow”, when creating a new duplicated record using the Salesforce standard button, a warning message “You're creating a duplicate record. Update or select an existing record instead” is displayed but users have the ability to click the button “Save (Ignore alert)”.

Whenever the user tries to create a new record that matches with the duplicate rules using the Servicemax SFM button, the warning message is triggered as expected however user is unable to save the action.

Users should have the ability to select an option “Save (Ignore alert)”.

What is the underlying problem do you intend to solve with this idea?
Ability to the user to decide whether to save or not a duplicated record.
How is the problem being addressed today, if at all?
If records matches with the duplicate rules criteria, create new records using the standard Salesforce button.

Is there currently a workaround to this issue Support, we have had numerous instances where two work orders are logged with the same purchase order number from the customer. In some instances, this is ok as customers will send through a blanket purchase order for a 3, 6 or 12 month period and the user just needs to receive a warning that the purchase order number has already been used but be able to proceed.

Currently, within the SFM transaction, the user will be stopped and warned that the purchase order is a duplicate but no current functionality to “Save (Ignore alert)”.
