We should have the same on the ServiceMax lookups.
Hello Toni Lou. This would be very helpful! We are currently asking our users to exit the SFM screen, create/update a contact in a new screen, and then re-initiate the SFM in another screen. That's not the best user-experience and takes too much time if a customer is on the phone.
If we enable then it will be available for all users by default on SFM. Is there a usecase where you want to restrict technicians from creating new record and always select one from the list
