Conditional Field Mapping

Dear Servicemax,

Currently when a new mapping is required in the SFM we must create a new SFM.

It is a bit frustrating when the SFM is actually the same but the mapping should be different.

The idea of course is to save the user time and increase automation.

If we will be able to do something like this:

If value of field x is x.1 map to field y the value of y.1

If value of field x is x.w map to field y the value of y.2.

Please try using ServiceMax Formulas. To get started, you can check the article How to create a formula . Formulas are supported for many types of fields (Note: they are not supported for lookup fields) in online app, iPad app, and Mobile For Laptops.

This is a new feature that did not exist when I created the idea.
