Create Case from SFM - Default Auto-Assign Checked

When we create case via SFM, it doesn't call assignment rules from salesforce.

Reason is because, out of box on salesforce, there is checkbox which says auto-assign (case assignment checkbox - seen on case page layout under properties of the case layout).

How can we get that default checked via SFM for case?

What is the underlying problem do you intend to solve with this idea?
System would auto-assign, and streamline the work flow and user experience.
How is the problem being addressed today, if at all?
We create cases from IP using assignment rules but we cannot check the "assign using active assignment rules" box from the SFM screen. It is worked around by assigning after case created.
