Entitlement History support in SFM

This would be helpful if this was possible in the future.  For example, if a customer is entitled at the time of dispatching a repair work order and a return visit is required the follow up visit should have the same entitlements applied. This would give us the ability to copy over the associated entitlement record.

This ideas shares similarities with another idea, entitled "Enable the Option to Inherit Entitlement from Case to Work Order." I'm going to roll the requirements of this Idea into that one for future consideration by Product.
