1. Open service contract
2. When clicking on Coverage blue button
3. Nothing is displaying, Screen gets struck.
4. Covered Products for this service contract is more than 1000+
The system throws error when we have close to 1200 covered
products. The SFM we created is to edit the details in a covered product.
This observation could change based on the SFMs that we create
Can you please provide additional information on this use case and the volume expectations for Service Contract Coverages? What are the metrics on SCONs with 1000+ coverages identified? How common are these contracts?
At the core, this appears to be a load issue with the SFM for coverages on SCON object. This relates to the limit & stress testing @Anita_Dsouza has been doing for SFM Transactions and Designer, so I'm tagging her for insight.
