Long Text field is too small as It fits 1-2 lines, before having to scroll. There is no 'breakout box', where you can click it and view your entire message to edit. This could lead to errors in recording information.
The 'Lines' section on the bottom of the page is difficult to work in as it is too low on the screen. The user has to scroll down more and center the 'Lines' section in his screen. => This section is where the majority of FSR data entry will be performed, so visibility is CRUCIAL.
"+Add Lines" (or any "action" button) is shown on too far on the right in small letters. When we have more related lists in SFM then +Add Lines button is hidden, we should use scroll add buttons to get to the button. Classic as Add button at the beginning of the line which was user friendly.
4. After clicking the "Add Lines" button, the tabbing does not react as expected - User can't use "Tab" key to fill-in activity type, customer hours, customer start and end date and time like in Salesforce Classic, the other fields should be tabbed through as well. Now, it jumps to somewhere else. Need to use a workaround i.e creating multiple empty lines then Edit one then use the up and down arrows to fill-in all the lines.
