Limits in SFM governed by FLS need to honor number of fields setting or security parameters [GE Healthcare]

Limits in SFM governed by FLS are not honoring number of fields setting or security parameters

1. number of fields being added to the JSon string, is not honouring the number of fields in that transaction

2. number of fields available for the user is governed by FLS.

Although, there is a SMax config setting to enable honoring visibility in a SFM via this setting, field level security is not honoring that setting
