Currently the SFM formula for transactions are very limited, it should support to go a level deeper to check/fetch certain values of records in lookup fields.
Agreed, just like Salesforce formulas work where you can traverse the relationships. E.g. you can pull data from the component, case or account related to the Work Order, all from a formula on the Work Order.
ISNULL and ISNOTNULL would be helpful.
I have a scenario where Roll-up functions hit a snag if list of <tab name> have a null value, and seemingly no variation of attempting null checks work here.
ISNEW would be helpful too. Assuming its inverse would be available too - NOT(ISNEW)
Hi @shivaranjini_g , please share details of why this is not planned for implementation.
@richard_lewis New functions support for formulas is not immediately on roadmap. We will be revisiting this idea along with any other improvements, once we have new designer released which is due for 19.3
