Creating a Report of Checklists

I need to create a report of all the checklists that were created.  What object do I need to expose?

You need to create a scheduled SFM that runs the Apex Class SFM_TransposeChecklistData.  When the class runs it will decode the checklist data and insert it to the Checklist Results object.  You can then report on the Checklist Results object.

That link does work. However I used this video to get the SFM running.

Thank you for the feedback.  I'll work internally to resolve the issue with shared links.

You can convert the checklists into checklist results by using a scheduled SFM process to run the apex class SFM_TransposeChecklistData.

ServiceMax Setup | Service Flow Manager | Scheduled SFM

  • On the next screen click New
  • Set the Process Name and Process Id
  • Click the plus icon near the bottom of the page and select Checklist as the object.
  • Set the qualification criteria to SVMXSTD: To Identify Completed Checklists
  • Set the Service/ Class Name to SFM_TransposeChecklistData and batch size of 1 if applicable.
  • Click into the Schedule & Notifications tab to set the date and time to run the job and user to receive notifications.

NOTE* The run now button is not supported for the checklist result SFM so you will need to wait for the job to run.

Once the SFM is scheduled and has processed/run you can create a report on the Checklist Results.  Here is a link to our 19.1 documentation.  Please let me know if you are unable to access the doc.
