Images not showing on Output Documents in Spring 21?

We are seeing a strange problem with an image on an Output Document.

On our Spring'21 sandboxes, our SFM Output Documents display the image correctly on the screen, but when they generating the PDF document, the document is generated with a broken image icon.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

@jonathan we are on Spring 21 Patch 4.3 and our images are rendering correctly. We are using SVMX Version 20.2.

We still cannot see the images on the generated PDFs for version 20.2 on Spring'21 I've raised a ticket with ServiceMax support and will see if they can help identify the problem.

@jonathan I wonder if it could be browser specific, does it happen in Firefox as well?
